CAESAR PARK TAIPEI – FIVE STAR HOTEL

The location of Caesar Park Taipei is super good! It’s right in front of Taipei Main Station, next to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store. You can easily find everything you want nearby. When you are hungry, you don’t need to worry about where to find delicious foods either. There are many local Taiwanese cuisines around the station, and many well-known restaurants also open their branches there.

CAESAR PARK TAIPEI

Although Caesar Park located in a luxurious shopping district, the price is surprisingly affordable. This time I came to stay a night which merely cost less than NT$2,000. Therefore, no matter you are business travelers or families, both of you may consider this five-star hotel (despite it’s not a new hotel). It is really a good choice for those who come to Taipei in the late night or need to leave in the early morning.

CAESAR HOTEL – RECEPTION

After entering the gate, you will see the reception desk. As a five-star hotel, needless to say, the service must be impressive. All receptionists were very polite and well-trained. There’s even a sturdy security at the door, which made me feel that staying in Caesar Park is particularly safe.

Common Lounge is inside the right hand side of this photo

Although Caesar Park Taipei is a bit old, due to regularly refurbish, the interior decoration is still very modern. The lobby is not spacious for a high-end hotel, but it still has a common lounge. It can be said to be a small but exquisite hotel.

Caesar Park Taipei – Room Tour

Caesar Park – corridor

Our room is a superior double room. However, when we checked in, the receptionist said they’ve upgraded our room, so I’m not sure whether other superior double rooms look the same as us or not.

My favorite place in the room was the sofa bed in the corner of picture above. Before going to bed, you can lie on it and read some books or eat some snacks with a relaxing mood.

Caesar Park Taipei – night view

As long as you draw the curtains, the spectacle and bustling Taipei nightscape will come into view. Taipei Main Station is just across the road.

Caesar Park – SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM

There was an issue of our room, which you can clearly see stains on the wall in the corner. I did not deliberately pick up on this defect, just think the cleanliness of the room is very basic for high-end hotels. Fortunately, apart from this shortcoming, other equipments in my room are quite satisfactory.

The bed is super cozy, which make me sleep till dawn. For guests with religious beliefs, Caesar Park provides Bible and Buddhist scripture, which was respectively placed in the side tables.

Tea bags, coffee bags, water heater and mugs that hotels normally will provide are also available at Caesars Hotel for free. The security box for storing valuables can also be seen in the room. In addition, there is actually a small refrigerator under the security box in the photo (but I forgot to take a photo of it). For those who’ve bought foods that need to be refrigerated, there is no need to worry about place to keep your foods.

Without a doubt, there’s a television in the room. If you want to have room service or massage, there are information books in the drawer.

Bathroom

Caesar Park – bathroom

In my opinion, bathroom is as important as bed while rating hotel rooms. In this part, Caesar Hotel performed good enough. The amenities and toiletries were well-organized. The environment was also very clean, no hair was seen on the floor.

Caesar Hotel – bathroom

The only thing that made me wonder is why mineral water was put in the bathroom instead of the desk in the room. But it didn’t have much difference, they were both drinkable water anyway.

The other thing that should be noticed is that there’s no bathtub. However, I am not a bathtub lover, so it’s not a big deal for me.

Caesar Hotel – washlet

As a high class hotel, it is reasonable that Caesar Park Hotel equipped a spray-toilet in the bathroom.

Caesar Hotel – toiletries
Caesar Hotel – hairdryer

Hair dryer and toiletries are separately placed in the drawers on both sides of the sink.

Caesar Park – bathrobes

There are bathrobes in the closet, you can wear it after taking shower.

Caesar Park – slippers and laundry bags

There are also slippers for you change and laundry bags for you to collect dirty clothes.

Gym & Spa

Caesar Park Hotel – Gym and Spa

As a sport lover, every time when I go to a hotel I will visit their gym. Gym and spa is located on 6th floor in Caesar Park Hotel. I was actually a bit disappointed in the gym because its facilities look very old and there is not much space.

Most of the facilities in the gym are for aerobic exercise. If you want weight training, you may only use dumbbells.

The spa seems to be done by drawing the curtains close in this place. I think this is a bit weird, because doing a spa usually requires a quiet environment.

Since the combination I booked this time did not come with breakfast, I didn’t have the opportunity to share meals at Caesar Park Hotel. But I saw the hotel room types and restaurant pictures on the pillars outside for reference.
